Sadhna Singh Yadav’s wife, Sadhna Gopta, was killed in a car accident on Saturday at Medanta Hospital Gurgaon.
Sadhna had married Chandra Prakash Gupta (a Farrukhabad grocer) on July 4, 1986. They divorced in 1990.
Sadhna Gupta was divorced from Chandra Prakash Gupta her first husband. She met Mulayam Sing.

Sadhna intervened in a case where a nurse was giving Murti Devi the wrong injection. Mulayam developed feelings for Sadhna at this point.
Shortly thereafter, Sadhna was married to Mulayam Sing Yadav. Sadhna, who is now 82, is 20 years younger than Yadav.
In 2007, Mulayam Sing Yadav, a witness to the marriage, admitted that Sadhana Gopta was his wife and Prateek Yadav his son.
According to reports Mulayam Sing Yadav was Prateek’s father in his 1994 school form.
Sadhna Gopta rose to prominence following the death of Mulayam Sidav and Akhilesh Yadavs first wife, Malti Yadav.
Sadhna Gupta passes away after a long illness
Sadhna Gupta (sister of Mulayam Sing Yadav founder of Samajwadi Party, SP) died Saturday following a long illness. Gurugram’s Medanta Hospital gave her final breath.
On its official Twitter account, the party confirmed her death.
After complaining of chest pain, she was taken to the hospital. After her condition worsened she was transferred to the intensive care unit at the hospital.
While undergoing treatment in an ICU, she took her final breath. She was suffering from an infection in her lungs.
Sadhna Gupta’s mortal remains have been brought to Lucknow. There, her final rites will take place.
