Musk claimed he would not buy Twitter, as the social media company does not share information about fake accounts.

San Francisco:

Twitter will sue Elon Musk for enforcing the $44 billion deal to acquire the company, according to the chairman of the board.

Bret Taylor tweeted that “The Twitter Board was committed to closing the transaction according to the terms and price agreed upon with Mr Musk” “We are confident that we will prevail.”
